A $30 destination fee is added for mobile services, however multiple cars can be detailed for a single destination fee so long as they are both are within 0.5 miles.

Additional charges can apply for excessive pet hair, mold/mildew, human or animal biowastes, and excessive dirtiness. If your vehicle has one of these issues, your technician will advise you of additional charges before the work begins. Surcharges are anywhere from 20-50% of the cost of the service package. Additional charges will also apply if you require services not specified in packages.
Due to the extra time and supplies necessary to complete the job, we add a minor fee for SUV and XL vehicles. Some 2-Door vehicle are larger in size and will be billed as 4-Door (Ex. To simplify and streamline our scheduling process, we've categorized vehicles in three distinct classifications: Car, SUV/MiniVan/Pickup, and XL. Car: Think small. Typically, 4 doors or less and 2 rows of seats or less, with a separated, enclosed trunk area. For example, sedans, coupes, and convertibles. Exceptions? Small hatchbacks. SUV/Minivan/Pickup: Think larger. Typically, 4 doors or more (rear hatches count) and 2 rows of seats or more, with an open trunk area. For example, minivans, pickup trucks, crossovers, station wagons, and SUVs. XL/exotics: The largest vehicles like Pickup trucks with extended cabs, Full size SUVs with room for 3 rows of seats and most exotic cars.
You may cancel an appointment on our website at no charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time. If you cancel a residential appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled start, a $12 cancellation fee may apply to cover the costs of rerouting our Technicians. We will never charge a fee for weather-related cancellations.
